Organizational Checklist

Pre-Incident Checklist

Company has minimum of 3 large coolers for water/sports drinks

Supply of sports drinks, sports bars, access to ice

Clipboards with EIR reports, EIR plans, check in sheets and pens

Cups and trash bags

Ladies auxiliary are ready to make soup and sandwiches for long operations. (Avoid mayonnaise etc)

Medical equipment for EIR:

Bp cuffs/stethoscopes (3-4 minimum)

Ice packs (15 minimum)

Heat packs (10 minimum)

Thermometer (1 minimum)

Oxygen equipment (2-3 tanks minimum)

AED (1)

IV solutions (4- 1L bags with supplies)

Awnings

Fans or smoke ejectors

Tarps

Heater

Floodlights

Blankets

Towels

Traffic Cones

Fireline tape (to identify EIR)
